Cut Throat

2 Rounds
Row 500 meters for time
as long as it takes you to row the 500 meters do each of the following exercises:
plank outs
knees to elbows
ball slams

Adam graciously stepped up and coached the Girl’s class so that Rochelle could work on Tiffany’s back. Way to take one for the training team buddy!
