Being Busy is Not an Excuse
Exercise and eating well are often one of the first things to go by the wayside when we get busy. When actually being busy is the most important time to stick with what you’re doing. Eating crappy and inactivity will just add to the stress and craziness. There wasn’t really an excuse before, but now there’s certainly not. If one of, if not THE, busiest Americans can fit in his exercise, so can we! Maybe you have to scale back a little, maybe you have to reevaluate your schedule. But you certainly don’t have to cut it out, and don’t even think about skimping on your diet. Stick with it through the rough patches and those rough patches won’t be so rough.
